Questions and Answers
Can I try TotalGest for free?
Yes, TotaGest can be tried on our online demo. All data are then deleted every 24 hours.
A free trial of a different kind is not possible.
I'm interested in TotalGest, how long does it take to get up and running?
If there is no development or customization to be done, you can be up and running in a few days, even considering adequate initial training.
Generally, if there are no emergencies, activation, configuration, and instruction are done in a few days.

What kind of purchase is best for me?
The vast majority of TotalGest users have a Cloud license, a better choice that allows you to have no worries about backups or version updates.
Can I switch from one type of license to another?
No, it is not possible.
The structure of TotalGest Cloud and On-Premises is different.

How do data security backups work?
For our part, with TotalGest Cloud, automatic backups are made 2 times a day, one about every 12 hours.
With TotalGest On-Premises, since it is a local installation, you will generally report to your network IT managers for backups.
You have the option of making a manual backup at any time of the database.
