The challenge

When expanding and opening new locations, the main challenge was to enable centralized management of the entire warehouse, various inventories, and automated management for reorders to suppliers.

There has been a shift from more manual management to automated processes.

With pandemic closures in 2020-2021, businesses have needed to move more online.
In recent times, the need has arisen to introduce loyalty cards to enable greater customer loyalty.

The solution

With the warehouse module and custom implementations, automatisms have been created to optimize internal processes in the various stores, saving time and resources.

With synchronization between the physical stores and the online shop, all sales are managed in real time , and with the module for managing loyalty cards, vouchers and customer points, sales are more associated with customers, enabling better analysis of sales data.

The result

All the different branches are interconnected, the stock of the different stores is always up-to-date, and the reordering of material is carried out with fast processes.
Administration is always in control of store status and sales trends, and customers are able to benefit from discounts and rebates through their loyalty cards.

The administration was looking for a solution to automate processes between execution and billing.

The solution

With the specific module for labor relations, the different technicians can perform the external interventions, the clients receive the different notifications with documents in digital format, and the administration proceeds without loss of time and in a semi-automatic way.

The result

Processes have improved, going to eliminate many errors that were being made manually.
The time between the execution of a job and its billing has decreased, going to reduce the time it takes to collect on projects.

Management of magazine subscriptions and renewals

The challenge

Managing all magazine subscribers, with weekly mailings and annual renewals was the challenge we faced with this client.
Precise and error-free management of contacts to avoid postal returns was critical, as was being able to quickly manage mass renewals with associated billing.

The solution

With the subscription module, we were able to provide a solution that allows in just a few clicks to renew magazine subscriptions, create invoices (with a very customized template) and send them via email or mail to customers.

By printing the magazine weekly in hard copy and sending it via Postal Mail, a file is generated by TotalGest for the printer containing all the accurate and up-to-date master data from time to time.

The result

The various implementations with the subscription module allowed for improved weekly management of magazine subscribers and related billing.
Internal processes have been optimized allowing for improved workflows.
