The right channels for any information
TotalGest has different communication channels that are used according to the different needs there are.
At the time when we need to communicate a news, a new feature or an urgent message, we use several channels, each with its own specific peculiarities.
There are communication systems where it is the user who has to reach the information and others where we reach the users directly.
Handbook
On the online manual, information about all the features of each version can be found.
Simple features, are mentioned in a few lines in the changelog, while for features that require more explanation and examples, specific pages are created with a more articulated structure.

It is what we identify as a "news bell," because the moment a news story is written on the tgest.ch website, a notification is triggered in the individual licenses:

This route is mainly related to the need to communicate based on what happens at specific times of the year or when there are important updates.
WhatsApp channel
Another quick way to reach users, are communications via TotalGest's WhatsApp channel.
This system, still little used, allows you to receive notifications on your smartphone, as happens with regular messages.
Quick solution, which we do not use in an invasive way, but rather paying close attention not to "disturb" and that for now has been limited to 1-2 alerts per month on specific topics.
Those who subscribe will also be able to see what has been present in the last 30 days prior to their subscription.
Newsletter
One last system we employ, known a little by everyone, is sending newsletters for communications to all TotalGest users.
It is used when we need to reach all users directly and quickly.
So, even in the case of emergencies or issues that need to be notified quickly, this is the preferred route.
